Conclusions
The percentage of almonds in the finished product is quite low. Increasing the amount of almonds in the base paste would make the final drink richer and more consistent with the idea of a quality artisanal product. A percentage of 20-25% almonds in the finished product would be much more appreciable for a low-sugar almond milk, both nutritionally and in terms of flavor. Furthermore, Why add flavorings?
