Speck La bottega del Gusto Eurospin Lo “Speck” \u00e8 un tipo di salume affumicato e stagionato originario della regione dell’Alto Adige, nel nord Italia. Il processo di produzione prevede l’uso di una miscela di spezie, tra cui aglio, ginepro e pepe, che conferiscono al prodotto il suo caratteristico sapore. Dopo la stagionatura, la carne viene affumicata a freddo, di solito con legno di ginepro, il che contribuisce a dare al “Speck” il suo sapore distintivo.
