Personnellement, je me suis toujours m\u00e9fi\u00e9 des \u00ab tourtes \u00bb \u00e0 la viande.<\/em>. <em>Dans l\u2019ensemble, je l\u2019aime bien, et je l\u2019aime aussi avec du citron press\u00e9. En Sicile, la viande du Jambonet est \u00e9galement mise dans le sandwich avec la panelle (nourriture de rue).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marque <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielesciarotta.it\/fr\/produttori\/montana\/\"><em>Montana<\/em><\/a><\/strong> est n\u00e9e \u00e0 Milan, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ACSALSa (Azienda Carni Societ\u00e0 Anonima Lissonese), a enregistr\u00e9 le 12 mars la marque Montana, changeant le nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en Acsal Montana. En 1953, la premi\u00e8re bo\u00eete de viande du Montana est n\u00e9e. En 1962 na\u00eet Jambonet, un nouveau produit de montagne en format pique-nique. Aujourd&#039;hui, il est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par <strong>Groupe Cr\u00e9monini<\/strong>, \u00e0 travers Inalca Spa, est le leader absolu en Italie et l&#039;un des principaux acteurs europ\u00e9ens du secteur de la viande bovine, il est leader en Italie dans la production de hamburgers et est le plus grand producteur italien de viandes en conserve.
