Hoy esa tradici\u00f3n contin\u00faa gracias a sus hijos Giovanni y Maurizio que heredaron de su padre la pasi\u00f3n por la pasta. All\u00e1\u00a0<strong>Poiatti<\/strong>\u00a0hoy produce 100 formas de pasta, desde la s\u00e9mola de trigo duro hasta la pasta al huevo, desde la pasta trefilada al bronce hasta el cusc\u00fas.
