Organic Cappelli wholemeal semolina <strong>Black Elk<\/strong> comes from Italian durum wheat. The stone milling of Cappelli durum wheat flour allows to obtain a semolina with an irregular grain size. It is naturally a source of fiber and ideal for the preparation of bread and pasta.
