The Chimay Rossa Beer is the oldest of the Chimay beers. The coppery color and the fruity and sweet taste make this dark beer particularly tasty. This beer is brewed inside a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the monastic community, involved in the whole beer management process. Most of the revenues deriving from this activity are used for the needs of the community and for social works.
