Origins and territory<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A native Sicilian breed, the Nebrodi Black Pig is distinguished by its dark coat, compact physique, and rusticity. Bred for centuries according to ancient traditions, it lives in freedom or semi-freedom<\/strong> in the woods and pastures of the Nebrodi Park, where it feeds on what nature offers: acorns, roots, chestnuts, berries and wild herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
