Among the products that I always buy because it is ready to use and sliced is the Bresaola della Valtellina from Dal Salumiere. It is a product that is sold at Lidl supermarkets. We can find it in the 80 gram or 100 gram pack, I prefer to buy the 100 gram one as it is sliced thinner and cheaper. It is a very good product, it does not contain a trace of fat which is good.
