After selection and washing, the peel is removed from the tomatoes by steam; only afterwards the tomatoes are chopped, pureed and concentrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Black Elk<\/strong>&nbsp;was born in 1978 in the province of Bologna, by the will of some farmers in order to produce good food, the result of an agriculture that respects the earth. For more than 40 years they have been choosing organic farming, taking care of the delicate balance that exists between the Planet and the People who inhabit it: for this reason they have decided to produce foods designed for the well-being of both.
