In den letzten Jahren war es ein Einzelunternehmen, das vom Gr\u00fcnder der Familie, Herrn Salvatore, gef\u00fchrt wurde, der sich mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe um den Anbau von sizilianischem Hartweizen in diesen Gebieten Siziliens k\u00fcmmerte, die einst von ihnen als \u201eKornkammer der Republik\u201c bezeichnet wurden die alten R\u00f6mer.
