{"id":382,"date":"2020-09-15T17:55:48","date_gmt":"2020-09-15T15:55:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danielesciarotta.it\/?p=382"},"modified":"2020-09-15T18:18:38","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T16:18:38","slug":"a-mano-libera-dop-bianco-frizzante-pantelleria-vinisola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danielesciarotta.it\/de\/a-mano-libera-dop-bianco-frizzante-pantelleria-vinisola.html","title":{"rendered":"Ein Mano Libera DOP funkelnder wei\u00dfer Pantelleria Vinisola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich hatte den Wunsch und das Verlangen, ein neues Label auszuprobieren, teils aus Neugier, teils aus beruflichen Gr\u00fcnden, und so haben wir es heute getan.<br>Der verkostete Wein ist ein 100 % Zibibbo, der auf der Terrasse aus Trockenmauern angebaut wird und vom Weingut Vinisola mit Sitz in Pantelleria (Tp) hergestellt und kreiert wird.<br>Es handelt sich um den Wein \u201eA Mano Libera\u201c, Jahrgang 2019.<br>In diesem Fall hatte ich Schwertfisch (streng frisch) nach Palermo-Art, paniert mit sizilianischen Hartweizenbr\u00f6seln, Oregano aus Agrigent und lokalem Gem\u00fcse; Zucchini, rote und gr\u00fcne Paprika, alles nach Julien-Art.<br>Das Ergebnis?
