Dank Domenico Poiatti, Besitzer alter M\u00fchlen, hatte er in einer f\u00fcr Italien sehr schwierigen Zeit die Intuition, eine Nudelfabrik in Mazara del Vallo, Sizilien, zu gr\u00fcnden. Heute wird diese Tradition dank seiner S\u00f6hne Giovanni und Maurizio fortgef\u00fchrt, die die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Pasta von ihrem Vater geerbt haben. Dort\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielesciarotta.it\/de\/produttori\/pasta-poiatti\/\">Poiatti<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Heute produziert es 100 Nudelformen, von Hartweizengrie\u00df bis zu Eiernudeln, von bronzegezogenen Nudeln bis hin zu Cous Cous.
